About Us

Steve Ropes, with more than 20 years experience in residential and commercial construction, oversees each step of the building process. Bill Leavell joined Steve after 30 years in banking and investing to manage the Homestead office.  Their knowledge of the construction industry assures that every home bought from Homestead will have a livable design with exceptional quality.

 

Homestead has the ability to build a home from plans already completed or to assist in the design phase of each home by utilizing the company’s plan drafting resources.
